MySpace as a marketing method???

I am curious to know if anyone uses MySpace as a marketing method. If so, what kind of leads are generated? Do you use it for listings? Or, do you use it primarily to drive traffic to another website?

Personally it's a waste of time, I have it listed for my business and I've generated ZERO leads. Myspace is too much of a younger "kid" marketing (DJ/Clubs/etc) not for a professional institution

I to agree with Bertrand... not for the kind of people we are marketing to.

In my experience, there are better ways to spend the time than myspace for real estate purposes.
