s the HUD program helping the people they were intended to help?

My general conclusion is that HUD homes are not intended to help those who it was originally intended to! How can people help themselves in these programs? Is it time to re-evaluated our HUD programs?

You are aware that government programs don't work well right? Why would you expect it to be different for housing. The better question here is how do you actually do something to improve this?
