Hallway page
A page that serves as an index to a group of pages that you would like the search engine spiders to find. Once a search engine spider indexes the hallway page, it should also follow all the links on that hallway page and in turn index those pages as well. 

Hazard Insurance
Insurance on a property against damages caused by fire, wind storms, and similar risks.

Heading tag
An HTML tag that is often used to denote a page or section heading on a web page. Search engines pay special attention to text that is marked with a heading tag, as such text is set off from the rest of the page content as being more important.

Height Zoning
A municipal restriction on the maximum height of any building or other structure.

Heirs and Assigns
One who might inherit or succeed to an interest in a property under the rules of law applicable when a property owner dies.

Hidden Amenities
Assets of a property which contribute to its value, but are not readily apparent. Examples might include upgraded or premium building materials.

Hidden keywords
Keywords that are placed in the HTML source in such a way that these words are not viewable by human visitors looking at the rendered web page.

High Ratio Mortgage
If you don't have 25% of the lesser of the purchase price or appraised value of the property, your mortgage must be insured against payment default by a Mortgage Insurer.

The most profitable and likely use of a property. Selected from reasonably probable and legal alternative uses, which are found to be physically possible, appropriately supported and financially feasible to result in the highest possible land value.
