Internal Site linking

How do I link to a specific region, property type, or price range of homes within my website?
To link to specific properties within your website you will need to use the following database query information.

http://www.yoursite.com/Search.aspx?LT=2&CS=1&L=179006&MINP=0&
MAXP=1000000&PT=-1&Bd=-1&Bt=-1&Ref=

LT for listing type sale or rent,rent for 1 and sale for 2;
L for countryid which is site dependent.so you have to check the country id in your backend.
MINP is minimum price and MAXP is miximum price.
PT is for Property type.
Bd is for bedroom.
Bt is for bathroom.
ref is for referance.

value -1 is means all records.

but the vulue -1 for MAXP and MINP mean (for sale 1000000+.for rent 6000+)
