For those of you with no programming knowledge this may be a bit tricky and blogger.com may be the better option. But both are free and both work great.

When updating your blog remember that people want to get to know you a bit more. Keep you marketing language on your website, and use your blog as an opportunity to talk to possible clients as you would in a face to face meeting. Tell them about interesting happenings in your local real estate market. Tell them funny stories, tell them about promotional deals and tell them about local real estate deals. A blog is a great way to passively connect with your website visitors. Believe it or not, it’s a way of relationship building.
